Responsibilities

• Driver: operate sweeper vehicle for parking lot & commercial property maintenance cleaning

• Helper & Porter: use associated equipment to clean parking lots & high traffic areas of assigned properties

• Utilize a backpack blower to clear walkways and curb lines, bumper stops, and other areas the sweeper is unable to reach

• Hand-pick debris from designated areas including rights-of-ways and grassy areas

• Clean storm drains and inlets

• Change trash can liners

• Report illegal dumping or other property issues to management as directed

 

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License [DRIVERS & PORTERS]

• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.

• Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills

• Proficient in understanding GPS instructions

• NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!
